You can’t have this for breakfast (well, you can if you want…), but our sugar-free apple pie smoothie will leave you feeling guilt-free and ready to celebrate the 4th of July!

Preparation Info:

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 cup of cannabis coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
